Editor's Post Script
This must be the first time an OC Newsletter has also been a Picture Auction Catalogue. The originals featured are all for sale and the proceeds will go to the Scadding Prize Fund. Our Chairman is looking forward to receiving your "silent" bids in the post. Please keep him happy.
Again this year, very little of this Newsletter has been "edited". I hope you have enjoyed reading it as much as I have enjoyed collecting it together. It reports on a vintage year of activities and I hope it does justice to the lively and interesting OC events this year. Thanks to all who have contributed, especially Henry Teed (not only our Hon. Sec. but also our photographer and writer), Hugh Thompson (who has produced yet another interesting piece), John Grant (who has collected most of the WATN section), and Mark Farrand whose OC website has generated much news and interest over the last twelve months.
The OC email address list has more than doubled this year and I doubt there will be room to include it in the next edition if it gets much longer. It will be kept up to date on the OC website.
Please remember it is as important to let us know of changes of email addresses as it is of snail mail addresses.
