Eden, John (42 - 45) is now retired and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He lives in Washington DC with his wife Gisela.

Eveleigh, John (40 - 44) Some career particulars - Former Head Foundation Studies (Folkestone), former Deputy Principal Shepway A.E.C., former Senior Lecturer and Founder of the Long Galley at University of Wollongong, Australia, former Visiting Professional Fellow James Cook University, Founder Honorary Arts Director Metropole Arts Centre. He has practised as an Artist throughout his career exhibiting widely in the UK and Australia with works in many public and private collections. He has three Sons all of whom are Artists and he is interested in establishing an OC Scadding Annual Art Prize to be awarded to a Clayesmore pupil.

Farmer, Amanda (87 - 88) After graduating with a good second in Asian Studies and Malay at Hull went on to do an MA in Journalism at Cardiff. Went into advertising and after rising to account director at Storm she now works as a consultant for the Incorporated Society of British Advertisers. Recently bought a flat in Streatham, skis a lot and sees Annette Jack(now White) who now lives in Beirut where she teaches.

Farrell, Mike (74 - 78) is living in Holland where he studied chemical engineering in Dutch and is now Managing Director of Filter Control Technologies plc. He was formerly in the British Army and with Shell and is interested in shooting and flying (Chesna's).

Faulkner, Norman (57 - 60) is a Freelance Property Consultant who collects antiques, contemporary glass, military antiques and other general items. He lives in Comberton, Cambs. and is interested in travel and DIY.

Fearns, John (58 - 62) on leaving school he joined British Railways as a junior clerk. In 1965 he was selected for a two year management training course. After seventeen years in various managerial posts he was appointed to run the BR operation at Heathrow Airport. There he 'saw the light at the end of the tunnel' and after being promoted to run the commercial operation at Kings Cross, left to join the private sector. He set up his own business selling holidays and car-rental to the USA and was able to retire in 2000. He and Jill, his wife, have always been keen boaters and now have the time to explore the canal system in their newly launched 60ft canal boat each summer and they now travel very slowly through the UK. He is keen on long distance walking.

Fettes, John (46 - 52) is now living in New Zealand. He is a Consulting Civil Engineer interested in orienteering, travel and community living.

Fickling, David (64 - 67) has retired and is living in Monmouthshire. He was in Financial Services.

Fitzgerald/Cuss, Rosie (78 - 83) is still living in West London where she is the Mother of two young Sons.

Flexman, Leon (83 - 88) is in Public Relations and lives in Cheltenham. He has conquered Everest, advised Stephen Hawking on a new book, is a concert pianist and moved aside to let Beckham captain England. (John Grant's note:- It was suggested to me that there might be a small element of doubt over these achievements, but I would never question the word of an Old Clayesmorian).

Follett, Daniel (85 - 88) is driving for an Agricultural Contractor and he lives in Berwick St John, Dorset.

Fookes, Liz (81 - 82) has been in advertising now for many years and has recently relocated from London back to the West Country. She enjoys hockey, tennis and horse riding.

Ford, Kenneth (41 - 44) visited the School recently. He has changed his name to Jenkins and lives in Reigate. He is a retired Accountant and School Bursar.

Fraser, Tracy (82 - 84) qualified as a solicitor and is now a Principal Crown Prosecutor. She has one daughter.

Frith/Wallis, Abigail (90 - 93) was married in St Leonard's Church, Marnhull on 25th August 2001. She is now Mrs Wallis and her husband is a Naval Doctor. She has a BA in Business Management and is studying for an MBA. She will be spending 2002 in South Africa.

Fryer, John (Cheese) (48 - 51) who is a Professional Comedy Actor and After Dinner Speaker and lives in Chiswick with his wife has met up again with Michael Gaskin (48 - 52), David Dyer (49 - 54) (who has sadly died since) and Chris Sheward (48 - 52).

Gamper, Richard (58 - 62) has retired after twenty years as head of personnel at British Gas having previously been in the Police. His two children have 'e' mailed the OC Society as follows "Dad has finally retired to a cool house in Brighton with Eleanor his wife. He now belongs to a theatre company for which he does sound and lighting but mainly he spends his time financing the habits of his twenty year old Son and twenty two year old Daughter at University".

Greeby, John (51 - 55) After leaving the Parachute regiment in 1962 worked in Canada with Shell and Esso. Still keeps appallingly fit by playing competitive squash and long distance cycling. Lives in Belleville, Canada on Lake Ontario Visited New York and was up the WTC Tower with family a month before the tragedy. See picture.

Green, Alexis (94 - 99) is living in London, has recently finished a three year degree in sports science and has embarked on a modelling career. She has appeared (or at least her bottom has appeared) in the Sun newspaper fashion pages and she has done shoots for Vodaphone and a hair commercial for QVC.

Green / Bran, Julia (79 - 81) Nursing qualifications RGN,RM,RHV and Msc.Now a senior manager in the NHS in Haringey. Trained as a nurse, midwife and health visitor. Now working in a Primary care Trust as Director. Three children under four and still has contact with Amanda Tilden, Jane Ramsey, Judith Wilson, and Rebecca Duckett. She lives in Golders Green.

Grierson, A.R. (36 - 38) retired in l982 after 25 years as an Engineer with the Central Electricity board. Now aged 81 living in Ruislip. Was at Iwerne when the fees were £25 a term. As he says "Another world!".

Griffith, Gareth (90 - 92) After his Bsc in Archaeology he gained a commission in the Royal Navy. He is now serving as communications officer HMS Spartan (BFPO 391). Still keen on sports, music and 'anything outdoors'. Has been in touch with Nicky Pesk who lives in Christchurch.

Gwinn, Nicholas (50 - 53) is retired after 39 and a half years inglorious but hugely interesting service in the Army, this being followed by an additional 5 years on contract to MOD. He married Angela in June 1960 and together they have brought up two most rewarding children of their own and 3 equally rewarding foster children. Is now living in Abbotts Ann, Andover in consummate idleness, which on reflection, denotes zero change from his demeanour whilst at Clayesmore.

Harvey, Dan (90 - 94) began his working life as a Manager for Oddbins Wine Merchants. He has now moved to Credit Management in the City of London.

Harvey, Richard (34 - 39) Wanted to correct previous mention that he was a surveyor he was in fact a Chartered Civil Engineer. At the time of writing reported, sadly that his wife Monica was bedridden with a broken leg. Lives in Salisbury

Hawkett, Andrew (88 - 91) is serving in the Royal Engineers in Germany.

Hawkins, David (62 - 65) is a freelance IT Consultant living in Hove, East Sussex.

Hellon, Christopher (79 - 84) is a Computer Programmer and Web Designer. Hobbies mountain biking, swimming, gym, travelling, politics and art galleries. He is living in Norwich.

Hetreed/Williams, Joanne (85 - 87) is now Mrs Williams and she lives in Ontario, Canada. She was formerly a Market Communications Specialist and is now a trainee Graphic Designer.

Hoare, Philip (52 - 55) like his Brother Roger, is a retired Chartered Accountant and he lives in Clophill, Bedfordshire.

The Horton Cousins, George (78 - 80) and Philip (79 - 81), are both farming near Swindon, Wilts.

Hudson, Jenny (90 - 92) is a Project Manager Sustainable Transport Systems and she lives in Cardiff where she is currently undertaking an Msc in Sustainability Planning and Environ Policy.
