BACK TO NEWSLETTER 2003 CONTENTS
As we come to the end of 2003 I can report another busy year for the OC presence
on the web.
This year we averaged 315 hits a month and the 415 visits registered in May was the highest monthly total since the site was launched in 2000.
There has been a welcome response to my plea last year for material and I have received reports from OC events, advices of weddings (some with pictures) births and the inevitable passing on of our fellow OC's.
New developments this year have included the password protection of the email directory and the launch of "Picture of the Month" Every month I publish a Clayesmore related picture on the website - so far we have had sporting events, teams from the past and recent OC weddings - I would love to keep this popular event going, however after six months am running low on material - Please keep those pictures coming - We only need twelve a year!
Over the year I have received a large number of emails on all things Clayesmorian - I have even been contacted by Prof Michael Burgess of San Bernardino California researching David Spinney for "Contemporary Authors" - A Bio-Bibliographical Guide to current authors & their works.
Please remember it is your site "written for OC's, by OC's"- Please keep sending the material, comments and criticisms - all are equally welcome!
