Alexander, Anthony (50-53) Architect, Surveyor and Property Consultant working in London

Anderson, David St K (41-45) Retired 92. Part time steward at Hever Castle. Chairman of local Parish Council for ten Years. Chairman Edenbridge Twinning Association (with Mont St Aijnan near Rouen).

Beacham, Michael J (57-61) Semi Retired. Non Executive Chairman Dept Store Group. Non Executive Director NHS Hospital Trust. Justice of the Peace. Treasurer of the Lincolnshire Branch of the Institute of Management. Retiring from all these posts in May to a quiet life in Guernsey

Bradbeer, Richard (42-46) became High Sheriff of the Isle of Wight in April 1997. His term in office lasts for one year.

Bradley, A J (41-47) RAF 47-49 Guy’s Hospital 50-55. Dental surgeon. Retired March 96.

Bridgen, John (53-58) Has written and published a book about Humphrey Moore which includes his poems. Hopefully there will be a review of this in the next OC Newsletter.

Burn, A. Lachlan (64-69) Is a partner with Linklater and Paines and seems to spend much time in Siberia.

Burn, Lindsay (62-67) Has been appointed an Assistant Recorder and is a part time Judge.

Burn, Lorrimer M (60-65) Is a Captain with British Midland.

Burnie, John (66-71) A Partner in a printing company. He is responsible for the printing of this Newsletter.

Chapman, M A (50-54) Director of the Windows Company, Seaford. Manufactures PUC -V and Aluminium Double Glazing Windows Doors and Conservatories using Marshall Tufflex PVC PP Aluminium

Chubb, Gordon (42-46) National Service in RA Education Corps. Studied in London and Cambridge. Ten years in the Colonial Service in Kenya. Deputy Academic Registrar at London University. Became an independent Borough Councillor. Organised the 95 VE Day reunion.

Coombs, Sophie (90-94) Has begun a two year course at the Norland College in Hungerford. She has changed her name by deed poll and would like to be known as Sophie Langstaff.

Crabb, Alan M (81-86) Has moved to Bristol where he works for the Ministry of Defence Procurement Executive

Dhanasobhon, Chongsarit (60-63) Clayesmore’s second Thai pupil and a former Minister of Tourism in the Thai Government, is a member of the Olympic Committee of Thailand.

Drapkin, Peter (61-64) Most of career in advertising on management side. Worked in South Africa, Japan, Singapore.

Dow, Hamish (73-78) Living in Kent. Working in the city. Would be delighted to meet those who were at Clayesmore between 73 and 78.
