Email Contributions 1998

Dear Sir,

I very much appreciate receiving correspondence from the school and the OC society. I was, however, a little disappointed to find that according to the master list I received, I never attended. I have recently been in touch with David Jones (59-62), who threatened he would be in Florida in March, but apparently never made it. My best regards to Nick Zelle, who may or may not remember me. One of these days I hope to make it to Simpson's. I will be in the UK this summer, and hope to bring my son & daughter to see the school.

Very best regards,

PRW Writer (56-61).

 Dear Nick,

This may be my second reply. I'm not sure as AOL went goofy for a time and refused to deliver mail. The list I was referring to was in the OC Newsletter 1997 with EMK on the front. By the way the pictures of DPB & CHP on the back cover were amazing. I could practically smell CHP's vile home-made pipe tobacco. I left the UK in '71, and can't help thinking that my schooldays were somewhat Dickensian. It is only now that I really appreciate having an education grounded in the Liberal Arts. Do you keep in touch with many from our era. If so please pass along my e-mail #.

Dear Nick,

Please feel free to go ahead and put my e-mail address on your list. I didn't realise until I looked your name up on the OC registry that you have spent some time this side of the pond. I assume from your present address that it wasn't your cup of tea. Like everything else in life there always has to be some kind of trade off. Financially the US has taken care of me beyond my expectations in the UK, but you also have to put up with a lot of rubbish. Ah well.

Best regards, PW
