Letters 1998
21st April 1998
Dear Dr. Teed,
I received a letter last week from Mr. Grant checking on records of Old Clayesmorians.
It is with regret that Peter (Czaczinsky (42-46) when at school) died on 30-9-95 after a year of battling with secondary bone cancer. In 1993 we visited the school so I could see it (I am English but met Peter in Sydney) I remember he enjoyed the day and was intrigued seeing the girl students. He bought a book on the history of the school.
In 1996 I stayed with Margaret Pannell (wife of Brian Pannell (44-49)) who also died in 1995. Apparently Peter, Brian, and Phillip? were great friends and all died of cancer in the same year.
I trust this information is of help.
Yours sincerely
Ruth M. Chatwood
