Subject: Re: OC dinners.
I have just received my 2004 newsletter. Douglas Reed has an excellent
suggestion. Annual dinner at the school, or near it, with a spring or summer
date, cost not really important, and I would certainly attend all the way from
Renfrewshire (west of Glasgow). I would also cajole one or two other OC's to
attend such as Martin Scovell.

Thanks for your message.
The Dorset dinner is not yet an Annual event. However there have been three
Dorset Dinners in the last five years at the School. Even though the last was
excellent value as OCs were guests of the school, it did not draw the number of
OCs who turn up at Simpson’s. Your comments will be passed on to the OC
committee.
Maybe we should have 2 Annual Dinners: A January meeting at Simpson's and a May
or September meeting at Iwerne.
Best wishes.
