Morris, Nicola (91 – 93), (Stage Name Nicole Faraday) the
stage and TV Actress played Jo, a medical student from Dorset, in TVs “Casualty”
then spent two years as leading character Snowball in ITVs drama series “Bad
Girls” and a series of “Casualty” as Dr Heather Lincoln. Recently she has played
the Dean of Winchester’s Daughter (c.1906) for a period drama documentary for
the BBC on Winchester Cathedral and is currently working on new musicals and
plays in the theatre including playing Marilyn Monroe in “Marilyn the Musical”
in London among other things.
Coombs, Ben J. (89 – 94) is a web Technical Consultant working for Sky TV
and he lives in Chiswick.
Latimer, John H.C. (89 – 94) younger brother of James, lives near Bath,
Somerset with his wife and daughter.
Miller, Clair A. (89 – 94) is now working as House Matron at Tonbridge
School, Kent.
Balagueró, José A. (90 – 94) is an Area Export Manager for a North
American Ceramic Tile Company – Keraben (www.keraben.com) He lives in Valencia,
Spain.
Coombs / Langstaff, Sophie A. (90 – 94) is running the new nursery
department at Rendcomb College Junior School and she is living in Cheltenham.
Newson-Smith, Emma J. (90 – 94) is riding and training horses and is in
PR, marketing, advertising and events. She is keen on sports/fitness (just like
her Father) and likes travelling and florestry. She lives in Marnhull.
Nicholas, Gemma S. (90 – 94) was married in November 2004 and is now Mrs
Moore. She has worked in the USA and for Raymond Blanc in Oxford and now lives
in Coventry where she is a trainee Accountant working for RMC (Ready Mixed
Concrete).
Small, James H. M. (90 – 94) is in Sales with a Company called IDS UK. At
weekends he is up in London helping to put on a few nights at some clubs with a
few mates and is involved in an internet radio station which is drum and bass
and old skool hardcore.
Watson, Mark (90 – 95) for the last four years has been running a small
garden maintenance business in Winchester after doing a one year horticultural
course at Sparsholt College.
Hemingway, Sally (92 – 95) is working for a Film Financing Company in
London’s West End and would love to hear from any OC from her era.
Whitehouse, Cara L. (93 – 95) is a Deputy Editor on a Beauty Magazine
living in London.
Baker, Charlotte A., (90 – 96) is now living in Devizes, Wilts. she has
completed her gold Duke of Edinburgh and is the model for the video/DVD which
accompanies the book The Fat Loss Plan (not her day job, just a bit of fun). She
is working at a Stationery company in the retail sector and has run the Bristol
half-marathon.
Denning Tom J. (91 – 96) got married in Barbados in November 2004 to
Pascale Arminjon. He is working in advertising for Œfuture.
Ford, Caroline J. (91 – 96) has just quit her job, left her boyfriend,
sold her house and is moving to Oz. (March 2005).
Miller, James K. (92 – 97) (Brother of Clair) has set up home in New
Zealand.
Warwick / Bentall, Aimee L., (92 – 97) married a Doctor in 2004 and is
now Mrs Bentall. She has a BA in English literature from Birmingham University
and a PGCE from Bristol. She spent 6 months in India working on her Sister’s
community project and a further 6 months teaching in Birmingham. She is now at
Bromsgrove School teaching international students English. She is involved with
the local church and has helped lead D. of E. expeditions at School.
Denning, Jim, (? – 97CPS) is studying for a business management degree at
Cardiff University.
Barker, Kelvin (93 – 98) is working as a Solicitor in London.
Obileye, Nicholas (93 – 98) is living in London and is an Actor and
Musician (thanks to Mr Fraser and others who chose to cast him in school plays).
Also a Bar Manager and PR for a chain of clubs and bars. Still playing Rugby and
played semi professionally for Wimborne for a couple of seasons.
Barry, Fiona H. (94 – 98) is currently an undergraduate at DeVry
University in Arlington, Virginia reading Business Administration. Expects to be
co-ordinating Student Careers in her spare time. Works part-time with DayBreak
Ministries in Lincoln Heights, a very poor area and she finds this fulfilling.
Lack, Robert J.S. (94 – 99) is studying for a PGCE in primary education
at Southampton University and captains OC hockey and cricket.
Jones, Matthew, (94 – 99) is studying for a law degree at Birmingham
University having previously gained a degree in ancient history and a masters in
antiquities.
Morrall, Christopher (96 – 99) has obtained a 2:1 after studying BA (Hons)
International Business Economics at UWE Bristol. He served as President of the
UWE Student Union in 2004/05 and is now a Headhunter working in Bristol. He is
interested in property investment, football, politics, gym and the Territorial
Army.
Kohlhass, Christine (97 – 99) having got degrees from Bath and Glasgow is
now at the Scottish university doing a PhD. She came 1056th out of 12000 in a
womens’ 10k race.
Sawkins, Benjamin (97 – 99) is an IT Recruitment Consultant living in
Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
Davies, Holly (97 – 00) has been persuing studies in environmental
science, geology, and beauty therapy. She is a Supervisor in a convenience store
and is hoping to go to Bournemouth College to study Beauty Therapy. She lives
near Lymington, still plays musical instruments and has taken up yoga.
Graves, Heloise A.R. (98 – 99) is teaching and doing bar work in Zermatt,
Switzerland. On leaving School she moved to Spain and has since lived in Gran
Canaria and New Zealand.
Stürner, Tilman (99 – 00) is a Student at the University of Sports in
Cologne studying Sports Science and specializing in sports-medicines,
rehabilitation of disabled people and playing hockey, tennis and athletics. He
is a Trainer for an under 17 girls hockey team – “which is quite sweet”.
Tolcachev, Sergei (95 – 01) is currently studying for a masters degree in
international business management at the Regent’s European Business School,
London.
Abbey, Tom P. (96 – 01) is studying for a degree in outdoor education at
Bournemouth University.
Voisey, Natalie A. (96 – 01) has a degree in human resources and
marketing from Gloucester University and is currently working for United
Advertising as a human resources and marketing administrator.
Brewis, Vicki (97 – 01) is studying for a PGCE in physical education at
Southampton University and is Captain of OC women’s hockey, tennis and netball.
Taylorson, Alex (98 – 01) has been studying BSc Sports Therapy at
University College, Chichester. He is playing for the University 1st XV Rugby
Team and during his gap year visited South America, Egypt and Morocco.
Assal, Ryan R. (97 – 02) is about to qualify as a Plumber, is playing
rugby for Bournemouth RFC and has captained the OC rugby team.
Farmer, Charlotte (97 – 02) has gained a degree in stage management from
the Old Vic, Bristol and is now Stage Manager of the Tobacco Factory Theatre,
Bristol. Her Equity name is D’Arcy.
Forrestal, Hannah (97 – 02) has gained a degree in theatre studies from
Queen Mary’s London and performed in ŒDevised Shakespeare at the Edinburgh
Fringe.
Haniff, Chris (97 – 02) is working as a graduate trainee in investment
banking for Price Waterhouse in Bournemouth.
Njenga, Alan (97 – 02) is studying for a degree in technical management
at Oxford Brookes University.
Peters, Simon J. (97 – 02) is studying for a degree in environmental
management at Portsmouth University at Oxford.
Robertshaw, Tom (97 – 02) is studying for a degree in business management
at Bournemouth University.
Stocken, Ben (98 – 02) is studying for a degree in sports and exercise
science at Hertfordshire University.
Harding, Will J. (98 – 03) is an EFL Teacher at Thin Language School,
Salisbury.
Carr, Chris D. (99 – 03) at present (February 2005) is thinking of moving
to America as a Lifeguard.
Allen, Anthony O. (00 – 03) represented England this year in South Africa
at the Rugby Junior World Cup (under 19s) and in three of the five games in the
Six Nations, England won the Grand Slam. He has signed a professional rugby
contract with Gloucester RFC joining the first team squad in July 2005. No
holidays for him this year.
Lack, Ned J.B. (99 – 04) is studying for a degree in sports management at
Gloucester University.
Langdown, Tom (99 – 04) is a Student and part-time Builder and he lives
near Andover, Hants.
Smith, Ben J. (99 – 04) is studying medicine at Birmingham University.
Voisey, Danny P. (99 – 04) is studying for a degree in business studies
at the University of the West of England, Bristol.
Merson, Andrew G. (01 – 04) is studying agriculture at Cirencester
College.
Cooke, Adam J. (00 – 05) and Smurthwaite, Charlie A.A. (01 – 05)
have set up a company called ‘atechmedia’ to provide educational establishments,
including Clayesmore, Canford and Millfield with web-based facilities. A
benevolent local landlord has offered office accommodation and they have
recently been joined by two other OCs, Adam Higgs (00 – 05) and Jack
Regnart (00 – 05)
Goodman, Abbie H. (00 – 05) is studying geography at Liverpool
University.
Robertshaw, Becky J. (00 – 05) is studying for a degree in hotel
management at the University of the West of England, Bristol.
Swaby, Greg M. (00 – 05) is studying for a degree in broadcast journalism
at Gloucester University.
